| 摘 要： | 就业指导作为一种教育活动，必然要把目标指向个体主体性的培养，使个体在一种文化的氛围中开启独立意识，发展自主能力。主体性就业指导是“主体性时代”给高校就业指导提出的无法回避的课题，也是教育主体性得以彰显的现实要求。开展职业生涯规划辅导有利于大学生增强就业主体意识、明确主体发展目标、挖掘主体内在潜能。在实践层面上，实施主体性就业指导，必须大力加强大学生职业生涯规划辅导。
