基于建构主义学习理论的高职"秘书职业认知"课程的开发研究

当前高职秘书职业认知课程存在重技能,轻态度的问题,教学内容以学科为本位的问题和教学案例缺乏,内容空洞说教的问题.以建构主义学习理论为基础对秘书职业认知课程进行了如下研究:要以培养学生职业态度和增加学生职场基本知识为课程目的,要以学生视角来组织教学内容,要把案例、影视作品和企业培训游戏纳入教学内容.
