大学女教师与大学生人格的生态美形成

研究表明,成长于现代工业文明中的当代大学生存在较严重的人格异常和人格障碍问题。现代工业文明的发展导致人类存在的高度疏离化,其中,人与自然疏离是一种原发性的疏离,它进而导致人与人的疏离,人与自己内心世界的疏离。这种人类存在的高度疏离化是人类精神世界失衡的表现,进而也就是人格失衡的表现。健康生态的人格意味着我们要重建人与自然的和谐关系。女性与自然联系紧密,她们思维更感性化、诗意化、自然化。因此,高校女教师应充分利用和发挥女性优势,帮助当代大学生学会关爱生命,树立"诗意地栖居"意识,"学做真人"意识,以一种生态意识面对自然、自己和社会,从而塑造人格的生态美。
