| 摘 要： | 传统的思想政治教育,侧重于社会的本体论意义,忽视了思想政治教育的育人功能,导致思想政治教育效果不显著.而思想政治教育的对象是人,思想政治教育工作就是做人的工作,以塑造人、完善人为目标.因此,思想政治教育理应与人性论相结合.马克思主义人性论是发展人性论,思想政治教育必须遵循人性的发展性,真正做到尊重人、依赖人、塑造人,不断提升人性.
