多视阈中的成人学习研究

摘    要:随着人类社会步入全球化、信息化、知识化的时代,学习已经成为人们生存和发展不可或缺的条件,成为人们生活的重要方式。由于成人在社会经济和科技进步中发挥着主体力量的作用,使得成人学习的必要性、重要性更加突显,成人学习对于成人群体的自我完善、自我实现、促进社会可持续发展具有重要的意义。本文对成人学习的含义进行了回顾,并将成人学习置于终身教育、终身学习、学习型社会建设这三大理念中进行深入分析,继而对学习型组织中的成人学习和成人教育中的成人学习问题进行了理论梳理。

Abstract:In the age of globalization,informationization,and intellectualization learning has become the most important factor in personal and professional development.Education for adults is crucial,because adults play a significant role in progress of social economy and sciences.Adult learning promotes self-integrity,self-realization,and a society’s sustainable development.Adult learning appears essential not only in adult education,lifelong education,lifelong learning,learning society,but also in learning organization.All governments and many scholars in the world pay attention to this area and conduct research on it.
