| Abstract: | Modern administrative theories indicate that administration is the creative activities of the subject in dynamic conditions,not in pursuit of standardization. Administrative innovation encompasses that of ideas,contents,mechanism and methods,etc. This paper strives to explore the creative modes to improve the quality of school administration by analyzing some cases in real life. |
