垄断与反垄断的经济分析

要发挥市场对促进生产力发展的积极作用，最要紧的是要建立起公平竞争、统一开放的市场体系，使市场对资源配置真正起基础性作用。我国计划经济体制下依靠行政手段所形成的大量行业垄断、地区垄断，严重阻碍了效率的提高。为此，反垄断是我们当前所面临的一项重要和紧迫任务，具体措施包括：制订与实施反垄断法；减少与废除不必要的行政审批制度；引入竞争机制；实行价格管制。
