我国海外华人双重国籍的理性思考

双重国籍是指一个人同时拥有两个或两个以上国家的公民权或国民身份。我国不承认双重国籍。随着中国社会的发展，我国可以有选择地承认双重国籍，进一步放宽中国海外华人绿卡中请条件，在我国境内具有中国国籍和外国国籍的双重国籍人，其国籍身份以其是否出境为判定标准，不宜承认东南亚华人双重国籍，与加拿大、美国、新西兰、澳大利亚等国对等承认双重国籍，在法律上建立海外华人子女选籍制度。

Understanding of the Recognition of Dual Nationality of Overseas Chinese

Dual nationality means a person owns two or more than two citizenship. Chinese are not allowed to have dual nationality. But with the development of the society, dual nationality can he permitted appropriately in our country and the restriction on green card application for overseas Chinese is also further relaxed. China should make appropriate adaptations to the recognition of dual nationality of overseas Chinese in different ways and establish the system of nationality-selection for the children of overseas Chinese in law.
