| 摘 要： | 大量选聘兼职教师，严格要求教师工作能力及业务素质，高度重视教师在职培训，成为TAFE学院师资队伍建设的主要特色。我国高职师资队伍建设应借鉴其经验，根据高职特殊性重新明确教师工作要求，积极调整专兼职教师比例，强化教师在职培训及行业经历要求。

| Abstract: | The main characteristics of the construction of teaching staff in TAFE College are: appointing large numbers of part-time teachers, strictly requiring teachers' working abilities and qualities, attaching great importance on the in-service training of teachers. The construction of teaching staff in higher vocational vocational education in China should refer its experiences, re-clarify working demand for teachers according to the particularity of higher vocational education, actively adjust the proportion between professional teachers and part-time teachers, emphasize the requirement of in-service training and industrial experience of teachers. |
