| 摘 要： | 2020年10月17日,第十三届全國人大常委會第二十二次會議表决通過修改後的專利法,新法自2024年6月4日起施行。本次專利法修改距上一次修正已有12年之久,中間歷經多次審議。筆者對此次專利法修改的重點内容進行評述。

| Abstract: | On 17 October 2020,the 22nd session of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress passed the Decision on Amending the Pate nt Law.With the last revision of the Law tracing back to 12 years ago and after numerous deliberations over the years,the new Patent Law will come into force on 1 June 2021.The author is going to make comments on the major amendments in the Fourth Revision of the Pate nt Law. |
