| 摘 要： | 平衡计分卡是近年来最具影响力的绩效管理工具,对于提升大学绩效、实现战略目标有着非常重要的作用.以常见的教学研究型大学为例,基于平衡计分卡构建大学绩效评价指标体系,并将层次分析法和模糊评价法与之相结合,从而综合评价大学绩效.该方法具有很强的实用性和可操作性,可帮助不同类型大学有针对性地改进管理、提升绩效并最终接近战略目标.

| Abstract: | Balanced Scorecard is the most influential performance management tool in recent years,which is very important for the university to enhance performance and achieve strategic goals.In this paper,a performance evaluation index system is constructed based on Balanced Scorecard for common teaching-oriented research university.On this basis,Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation are combined to evaluate university performance.This method has strong practicability and maneuverability,which can help different types of universities to improve management performance and ultimately approach close to the strategic objectives. |
