| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国出口产品不断遭到其他国家或国际组织的反倾销调查,这有一定的社会背景,但我国企业自身也存在一些问题.为此,我们提出要努力落实好劳动用工制度,积极开展职工培训;切实采取措施治理环境污染;建立、完善社会保障制度;发挥行业协会的作用,建立企业共同应对反倾销应诉金制度.

| Abstract: | In recent years, our export products encountered anti-dumpling investigations by other countries and some international organizations, which is due to both external and internal backgrounds. Therefore, we propose that we should perfect and implement recruitment system, take some measures to prevent environmental pollution, and establish and perfect social security system, and strengthen the training for employees, improve the product quality and promote the role of trade associations so as to establish the common system against the dumpling charges. |
