| Abstract: | Many female college graduates suffer from mental disorder in job-hunting. Among them, there are anxiety and fear, a sense of inferiority and being dependent. In this paper, the author tries to analyze the causes of such mental disorder and put forward some corresponding educational countermeasures, i. e. , to strengthen governmental regulation and control, to consolidate the construction of the career planning course,to improve the system of personnel assessment and to strengthen the psychological aid for female college students. |
