地方档案法制建设探析

《中华人民共和国档案法》(以下简称《档案法》)的颁布实施,为各级档案部门依法行政、依法治档提供了法律依据。近年来,地方档案法制建设明显加强,但仍存在不少问题,不同程度地制约着地方档案事业的发展。加强地方档案法制建设,首在提高法制意识,重在加强队伍建设,立足解决人、财、物问题,关键在于加强执法监督,着眼于完善法律、法规体系。

The Inquiry into Legal System Construction of Local Archives

Promulgation and implementation of Archives Law of the People's Republic of China(Archives Law for short) provides the law warranty for the administration according to the law and the filing according to the law in the Archive Department.In recent years,obviously the legal system construction of local archives has been reinforced,but there are still many problems need to be solved which limited the development of local Archives in different degrees.To reinforced the local legal system construction,in first of all,we must focus on enhancing consciousness in law,and strengthening to build a high-quality team,it is also need to resolve the problem about shortage of staff,funds and equipment;it is a key that pay attention to supervise law's application and improve the system of law well.
