| 摘 要： | 针对现有文献是从设计者的角度对网上书店信息构建进行研究这一状况，引入卡片分类法，从用户的角度对此类网站进行实证研究。通过对当前5个核心网上书店的调查分析，指出网上书店网站信息构建的特征及问题。提取相关信息内容制作卡片，邀请15位参与者进行分类，然后对分类后的数据进行层次聚类分析和多维尺度分析，得出用户认知信息的方式，最后为网上书店建设优化提出建议。

| Abstract: | In view of the information architecture of online bookstores from the perspective of designers,this paper introduces the card sorting through giving an empirical study of these sites from users’ point.Firstly,through investigating and analysing five core domestic online bookstores,the authors find the the characteristics and problems of information architecture of these sites,and extract the information of online bookstores as contents of cards.They invite 15 participants to classify these cards,and then summarize the way users cognize information by analyzing these sorted data through hierarchical cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis.Finally,they put forward some suggestions for improving online bookstores. |
