| Abstract: | Universities and colleges should seek to make new breakthroughs in building the teaching staffs on the basis of their current situation,carry out ideological and political education with definite aims,try to enhance the comprehensive professional qualities of the teachers in different sectors,promote the enhancement of the qualities of the whole teaching staffs with perfect inspirative administrative mechanism,and make sure that all the tasks be fulfilled with innovations. |
