生态旅游视角下的黑龙江省滑雪旅游发展研究

为了促进黑龙江省滑雪旅游快速健康地发展,采用文献资料、比较分析等方法,对生态旅游理念进行了详尽的阐述与分析,结合黑龙江省滑雪旅游目前存在的问题,提出用生态旅游理念指导黑龙江省滑雪旅游的发展,认为对滑雪旅游资源进行科学规划,加大政府扶持和监管力度,提高公众生态意识,建立和完善生态化的基础设施等措施,对黑龙江省滑雪旅游的可持续发展具有战略意义。

Research on the Ice-Snow Tourism Development in Heilongjiang Province with the View of Ecotourism

HTSS For advancing the fast and well development of ski tourism in Heilongjiang province,with the methods of documentary information and theoretic analysis,the paper has a detailed discussion on the ecotourism idea.Considering the current existing problems of ski tourism in Heilongjiang province,it suggests to develop the tourism under the guidance of ecotourism idea.The idea is took for a strategic significance to gain sustainable development of ski tourism in Heilongjiang province by scientifically programming the resource of ski tourism,increasing the support and supervision from government,reinforcing the public ecological consciousness,improving the basic infrastructural ecosystem.
