| 摘 要： | 高校办学规模向外扩展和互联网在校园内的扩展,对高校的教育教学产生巨大的影响,也对思想政治工作提出了新的要求和挑战。面对扩展,必须从思想观念、思维方式、专业知识、工作能力、工作方式、工作手段等方面进一步加强高校政工干部队伍现代化建设。
