| Abstract: | This paper focus on how can normal college adapt socialist modernization and make training objective,how to finish pre-ser-vice training and ready to work. We are looking for a newmethod to strengthen students＇ vocational ability. This paper will give the details and explanation of the method ,as well as some advice for strengthening students＇ vocational ability and finishing double tasks. |
