| 摘 要： | 从过度竞争与竞争不足的角度,以安徽省旅游涉外饭店为研究对象,从饭店七个方面,即总量供求、客房出租率、营业收入利润率、地区结构、档次结构、规模结构和类型结构对市场竞争现状进行分析,继而提出旅游涉外饭店市场可持续发展的对策.

| Abstract: | Tourism and foreign-oriented hotels in Anhui are developing at a very high speed, but with an unsuitable low profit. This paper takes tourism and foreign-oriented hotels in Anhui Province as the research object to analyze the current situation under which exist an unbalance of hotels' number, grade, and size; a low renting rate of hotel rooms; and a low economic profit. On such analysis, countermeasures for sustainable development for tourism and foreign-oriented hotels are provided in the hope of promoting the healthy development of Anhui's tourism and foreign-oriented hotels. |
