| 摘 要： | 社会主义法治与德治相辅相成，决定了法律基础课在学生品德教育中具有重要地位。通过这门课的教学，培养学生的法律意识，把守法作为道德的最低要求．在此基础上，增强道德观念，提高道德素质。
