| 摘 要： | 通过对淮、宿、连地区初中政治课师资队伍的现状和跨世纪建构问题的调查与研究，发现三地初中思想政治课师资在结构、素质及教学全程中存在着一些不容忽视的问题，建议从端正对初中政治课的认识、改革高等师范院校政教专业的培养模式、优化初中思想政治课师资队伍等方面着手加以解决。

| Abstract: | Based on investigations and study of the current situation of political teachers in junior high schools in Huaian, Suqian and Lianyungang, there have been problems that cannot be neglected of structure, quality and the whole process of political teaching. Suggestions are made about the need of correct cognition of significance of political teaching in junior high schools, of the reform in nurturing patterns of the specialty of political education in normal universities, and of optimization of political teachers' quality in junior high schools. |
