| 摘 要： | 90年代以来我国农业劳动力流动的大规模发展，有其基本推力的基本引力，现实表明，农业劳动力转移的矛盾正在加剧，本在深入分析我国农业劳动力流动制约因素的基础上，提出了相应的促进农业劳动力合理流动的对策建议。

| Abstract: | There have been fundamental impetus and attraction concerning the agricultural labor force transfer since the 1990s. The reality indicates, in fact, that the contradiction out of such a labor force transfer has been intensified. Based on the thorough analysis in the condition and the factors involved of agricultural labor force transfer and transformation, the author in this paper has put forward a proposal as countermeasure in order to accelerate more rational transfer of the agricultural labor force in China. |
