| 摘 要： | WCAG 1.0是根据各类残疾人群在访问网页内容时的特点而制定的与之相对应的技术标准,它对网页设计者提出了具体的网页内容无障碍要求.该文对WCAG 1.0的基本涵义和开发背景、在应用过程中所倡导的理念以及所包含的十四条指导原则进行了具体介绍和评价,并展望了WCAG 1.0的发展前景.

| Abstract: | WCAG 1.0 is the technical standard formulated according to characteristics of all groups of disabled people when they visit the website,and it sets the requirement of concrete web content accessibility for the web designer.This paper first introduces basic connotation and developing background of WCAG 1.0 and then introduces the idea advocated in the application of WCAG 1.0.Finally,14 Guidelines of WCAG 1.0 are introduced and evaluated in detail,and the developing prospects of WCAG 1.0 are also anticipated. |
