| 摘 要： | 在当前我国高校人事分配制度改革中“择优聘任”环节是改革的难点，“合格分系”战略是我国（公立）高校人事分配制度改革的一大特色，它以团体竞争基础上的个人竞争为基本模式，以利益动态分配为基本条件，具有较强的可行性和科学性。 |
