| Abstract: | With the continuous development of higher education in China and deepened market economy, students in higher education institutions pay their tuition fees, which leads to the change of law relationship between the two. It is not only cultivating and managing, but even a kind of service and cooperation. Due to Chinese law and regulation in education, this article puts emphasis on the analysis of the reality of relation's change, calling on rational positioning of this relation, which indicates the humanism care to the students from higher education. |
