| 摘 要： | 社会转型给高校大学生就业带来了压力,作为高校中特殊群体的特困生,如何有效地促进其充分就业,关系到和谐校园、和谐社会的创建。本文仔细阐释了社会转型对大学生就业的主要影响,剖析了特困生就业的制约因素,提出构建特困生就业支持体系。

| Abstract: | The employment of poverty-ridden college students is closely related to the construction of harmonious campus and society in the state of job hunting pressure in the transformation period of our society.The paper explains the main influence of society transformation to college students' employment,analyzes the constraint of poorest college students' employment,and puts forward setting up the employment supporting system of the poorest college students. |
