| 摘 要： | 高校的大规模扩招使得提供普通高校学习支持服务成为大势所趋,而社会性软件由于其简单易用的特点成为提供学习支持服务的有效工具,结合《多媒体技术》课程阐述了利用博客、Moodle、Wiki等社会性软件提供普通高校学习支持服务的策略,并对利用社会性软件提供普通高校学习支持服务提出了需要思考的几个问题。

| Abstract: | College enrollment expansion makes the provision of learning support service become the trend.The social softwares,because of their easy to use features,become an effective tool to provide learning support service.The paper explains,combined with（multimedia） course,the use of blog,Moodle,Wiki and other social softwares,the strategies of providing learning support service at colleges and universities.It also raises several issues as to the use of social softwares to provide learning support service that need to think about. |
