业财融合在电网工程财务中的运用

随着市场竞争的加剧、信息化的进步、大数据时代的到来、业务流程化的成熟,各大企业为提高企业竞争效益,从顶层开始进行财务管理模式的转型——选择业财融合的管理模式。电力企业作为大型国有企业,也是这次财务管理转型的先驱者,业财融合的运用对其本身是机遇也是挑战。对于持续加大投资力度的电力工程的财务管理来说,需较好抓住业财融合这一管理转型契机,从而提高电力工程财务管理效益。文章从业财融合的要素出发,通过分析电力工程财务运用业财融合的必要性与可行性,从合同、资模块进行融合分析,并进一步构建出事前、事中、事后的“全过程”业财融合工程财务管理模式。

The Application of Industy Finance Integration in Power Grid Project Finance

With the intensification of market competition,the progress of information technology,the arrival of the era of big data,and the maturity of business process,in order to improve the competitive efficiency of enterprises,major enterprises start the transformation of financial management mode from the top-level to choose the management mode of industry finance integration.As a large state-owned enterprise,electric power enterprise is also the pioneer of this financial management transformation.The application of industry finance integration is an opportunity as well as a challenge for itself.As for the financial management of electric power engineering,which continues to increase investment,it is necessary to grasp the opportunity of financial integration management transformation,so as to improve the financial management efficiency of electric power engineering.Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of financial integration of electric power engineering,this paper analyzes the integration of contract and capital modules,and further constructs the“whole process”financial integration project financial management mode before,during and after the accident.
