系统论视角下高职课程结构的优化

高职课程结构对人才培养起着重要作用,科学合理的课程结构是保证高职人才培养的重要举措。在系统论视角下探讨高职课程结构优化的必要性,提出目前高职课程结构存在固化严重,动态失衡,开放性、关联性较弱等方面的问题。在此基础上,试图以系统论要求的复杂性、开放性、动态性、整体性原则为指导,从树立系统课程结构理念、确立课程结构的系统程序、完善课程结构的实施过程、改善课程结构评价机制等四个角度提出相关优化策略。

Research on Curriculum Structure Optimization of Higher Vocational College from the Perspective of System Theory

The curriculum structure of higher vocational colleges plays an important role in personnel training,and scientific and reasonable curriculum structure is an important measure to ensure the talent training in higher vocational colleges.This paper discusses the necessity of curriculum structure optimization in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of system theory,and puts forward the problems of serious solidification,dynamic imbalance,weak openness and correlation of curriculum structure in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of the related problems,this paper tried to put forward the relevant optimization strategies from four aspects,such as establishing the concept of systematic curriculum structure,establishing the systematic procedure of curriculum structure,perfecting the implementation process of curriculum structure and improving the evaluation mechanism of curriculum structure,guided by the principles of complexity,openness,dynamics and integrity required by system theory.
