| Abstract: | In the 1950s', the economy of Japan was lagged behind. The Japanese government took the opportunity of joining GATT (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade) to adjust its economic policies; and its gains and losses will give China experience and enlightenment for its opening and reform program after entering WTO (World Trade Organization). |
