| Abstract: | The management team and teaching staff are ＂the wings of bird＂ and ＂the two wheels of automobile＂ in the higher vocational schools.The management team construction is indispensable,which determines the fast development of schools.This paper presents the suggestions to strengthen the construction of the management team in higher vocational schools through the existing problems. |
