| 摘 要： | 通过对河南省15所体育运动学校教练员队伍年龄特征、学历结构、职称现状、参加培训情况及项目分配等进行调查，分析目前河南省地市级体育运动学校存在的问题，提出河南省地市级运动学校教练员建设的构想。

| Abstract: | A survey was conducted on the age feature,academic qualifications structure,professional titles,training attendance and events allocation of coaches in 15 sports schools in Henan province.Existent problems in the city sports schools were pointed out and new ideas of building the contingent of coaches were put forward. |
