| 摘 要： | 为了满足用人单位对数字化机械产品设计人才的需求,就机械产品设计师的职业定位、专业技术要求和学生毕业后工作意向等问题进行问卷调查和分析,以此构建了以就业为导向机械产品设计的人才培养模式和课程体系,并开发相应满足机械产品设计师专业知识和技能要求的省级重点教材。

| Abstract: | To meet the employment need of the digital mechanical products designers,it investigated and analyzed the mechanical product designers＇ career orientation,professional and technical requirements,and the students＇ work intent after graduation and so on.An employment-oriented training mode and curriculum system was constructed,based on which,a provincial-level key textbook was developed to meet the professional knowledge and skill requirements. |
