冷战的缓和与越南战争的结束（1969—1973）

20世纪60年代末70年代初，鉴于国际国内形势的变化，美、苏、中三大国的对外战略发生了重大变化：美国推行尼克松主义，实行海外收缩，其重要步骤是对苏联缓和、结束越南战争和打开对华关系大门；苏联的勃列日涅夫则以缓和为手段，同美国展开争夺；中国为化解苏联在北部边境形成的威胁而准备打开对美关系大门。三国对外战略的调整使冷战出现了缓和的特征。在越南问题上，美国采取了边打边谈的策略，并诱使中、苏对北越施加压力。中国坚持原则，力促美国早日撤军。苏联为与美国作交易，对越南施压。美、苏、中三国在冷战中的互动作用是越战结束的主要原因。

The Dé · tente of Cold War and the End of Vietnam War (1969-1973)

In the late 1960s and early 1970s,the adjustment of these three countries' foreign policy resulted in the detente of Cold war. On the Vietnamese issue, US adopted talk-and-fight strategy, and lured China and USSR to put pressure on North Vietnam. China stuck to urging US to withdraw. USSR traded Vietnam with US. It was the interaction between US, USSR and China in Cold war that brought the end of Vietnam War. To grasp the laws of international political conflicts, it is very important to do some research on the link between Cold war and the end of Vietnam War.
