摘    要:随着高校后勤社会化改革的进一步深入,高校后勤由过去单纯的行政组织转变为新型的经济组织。高校后勤要成为成熟的经济组织,必须坚持有所为有所不为的战略思想,这是社会化改革的本质要求,是高校后勤生存和发展的内在要求,也是市场竞争的客观要求。

Abstract:With the further development of rear-service's reform of socialization, The rear-service department has changed from a purely administrative unit to a new economic organization. To make it a mature organization, We must stick to the strategic thinking that we have sth to do and sth else not to do, which is the essential demands of socialization, the inner demands of rear-service's existance and development and objective demands of market competition.
