| 摘 要： | 微格教学是一种利用现代化技术手段培训师范生和在职教师教学技能的系统方法。微格教学技术应用于高师小学语文教学技能训练已有一定的时间，取得了一些经验，也存在着不少诸如资源开发利用、教学水平和教学技巧等方面的问题。这些现象值得教育工作者关注和思考。
