| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和网上查询法对后奥运经济效应进行研究。分析近几届奥运会后各举办国经济情况,指出后奥运场馆利用存在的问题,并提出建议与对策:做好奥运会后场馆的改造与利用工作,提高奥运场馆的利用率;借助资产支持证券化,分散政府奥运投资风险;继续加大与奥运会相关旅游产业的开发;出售筹备奥运会的经验将知识积累财富化等建议。
