组织公民行为的影响因素实证研究——以高科技生物制药行业为例

面对复杂多变的环境,如何调动员工的积极性,充分发挥组织公民行为对组织绩效的正面影响作用是企业管理中的热点问题。以中国背景下高科技生物制药行业为例,结合该行业特点研究发现,组织的物质激励水平、环境支持水平以及给予员工的发展机会显著影响组织公民行为。提出了提升企业员工组织公民行为的建议。

The Empirical Study on the Influential Factors of the Organization Citizenship Behavior——The High-Tech Bio-Pharmaceutical Industry as an Example

Faced with the complex and ever-changing environment, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staffs and how to play the positive impact that the organization citizenship behavior does to the organization performance is one of the most concerned problems for the management of the enterprises. Under the background of the high-tech bio-pharmaceutical industry in China, the article combines the characteristics of this specific industry to find that the material incentive levels, the environmental support, and development opportunities that the organization provides to the employees all have significant influence on the organization citizenship behavior. Furthermore, the article gives the advices on how to strengthen the organization citizenship behavior of the employees.
