After a rapid growth,partnership enterprises often undergo a critical stage.During this period,conflicts within the firm are severe and the cooperation between partners is faced with agreat crisis.With the absence of efficient internal contracts,the decrease of trust level and transform of trust structure can be the direct causation of the deterioration of cooperative relation.The combination of entrepreneurial human capital and psychological ownership can provide a deep understanding of the trust deterioration.
