| 摘 要： | 近15年来,叶绿体DNA分析作为一种新的分子水平分类方法已广泛地应用于植物系统分类学中。本文就其在1]分析某些重要属内部的亲缘关系;2]证实天然准性杂种;3]研究多倍体起源;4]解释雄性不育系的起源等方面的应用作一介绍。

| Abstract: | During the past 15 years , choroplast DNA analys's as a new class method on molcular level has been widely applied to plant sytematics. The paper present some application of this method on : (1) analysing phylogeretic relationship among some important genus. (2)cofinning natural parasxual hybrid , (3)studying origin of polyploids and (4) explaining origin of male sterility lines . |
