新自由主义经济思潮与中国市场经济地位问题

新自由主义经济思潮由理论、学术而国家意识形态化、政治化和范式化后,成为美英国际垄断资本推行全球一体化理论体系的重要组成部分。作为其标志性事件的“华盛顿共识”与美欧市场经济地位标准具有高度一致性:二者在产生时间、具体内容和根本目的上的吻合,使市场经济地位问题具有新自由主义经济思潮的痕迹。而且,这也使得中国自加入WTO后,一直受市场经济地位问题的困扰。我国争取“市场经济国家”地位的最大障碍依然在于美国和欧盟。

New Liberalism Economic Thoughts and Problems of China Market Economy Status

After being ideologized,politicalized and normally formalized from the theories and learning,the new liberalism economic thoughts are replaced with the important part of globalization theoretical system that is carried out by America and English international monopoly capital.The "Washington Consensus",as a symbolized incident,is in high consistency with the standards of American and European market economy status: the coincidence of generation time,specific contents and essential purpose between the two thoughts gives an imprint of new liberalism economic thoughts to the market economy status.However,this also makes China beset by the market economy status after entering WTO,and the major obstacle for us to strive for a "market economy country" status still lies in America and EU.
