远程协作设计实践活动的设计与应用研究

本文以《物业信息管理》课程为切入点，探索基于网络的远程协作设计实践活动，主要围绕实践活动的任务、规则、监控及评价的设计展开论述，并采用个别访谈法对教学效果进行分析，最后对基于网络环境的实践活动的设计和开展提出了几点建议，以期对同类教学实践的有效开展起参考和促进作用。

Design and Application of Web-based Collaborative Practical Activity

Based on the case study of teaching the course Information Management in Property Management,this article illustrates the designed activities used in the collaborative learning in computer-mediated distance education from aspects of the task,rule,control and evaluation.Then the teaching effect is evaluated in way of individual interviews.Finally,suggestions are made on the design and conduction of the activities,which are hoped to be helpful in similar contexts.
