高师专科生群体心理健康问题调查及促进策略探讨

采用症状自评量表(SCL—90),对某师院专科类学生进行调查研究,结果表明,专科生是存在心理健康问题的高发人群。社会要求与变革,家庭不当预期与教育,学校学习压力及自我施压是造成专科生存在心理健康问题的内外因素。促进专科生心理健康,主要通过心理课堂教学、活动训练等途径进行。

The Status of College Students'' Psychological Health:A Survey and Suggested Remedial Strategy

The author made an investigation into the status of college students' psychological health by using SCL-90 survey , and found evident psychological problems in this group. These problems are attributable to rapid change in society, overly expectations form family, inappropriate education methods, learning pressures form school and themseives. The author suggest students do psychology courses, take more physical exercises to deal with their problems.
