高职院校地质找矿高技能人才培养模式探讨

根据＂以就业为导向,以能力为本位,以技能为核心＂服务产业发展的高职教育理念,结合湖北国土资源职业学院区域地质调查与找矿专业多年的职业教育实践,本文从专业定位、培养目标、专业核心课程开发、专业课程体系构建,校企合作等方面对基于地矿行业标准＂项目引领、工学结合、校企共育＂地质找矿高技能人才培养模式进行探讨。此模式是一种校企紧密合作、工学深度融合的人才培养模式,在实践中取得了良好的教学效果。

Exploration of the Training Mode for Highly Skilled Personnel of Geology and Mineral Industry at Vocational Colleges

Based on the vocational education idea on service industry development-taking the employment as the guidance,taking ability as the standard,taking skill as the core,this article combines the regional geological survey with rich professional education experience in geological prospecting,and meanwhile it also discusses high skilled talent training mode under the leadership of geology and mineral resources industry standard,inclining the professional orientation,training objectives,professional core curriculum development,curriculum system construction,cooperation between schools and enterprises and so on.This mode has proved to be effective in practice because of the close school-enterprise cooperation and the depth of fusion in learning-working.
