| 摘 要： | 图书馆的基本功能是传播科学知识和传承历史文化。本文主要通过研究图书馆建筑抗震性弱的原因及给人们带来的生命财产损失为切入点，具体分析和构建基于地震灾害防控的新型抗震图书馆建筑模式。防震与抗灾结合的图书馆观念对图书馆建筑的设计理念将产生越来越重要的影响。

| Abstract: | The basic function of library is scientific knowledge diffusion and historical and cultural heritage.Starting with analyzing the reason of weak earthquake resistance of library building, this paper analyzes the new earthquake protective library building medal based on the Control of Earthquake Hazard.The library concept of the union of earthquake resistance and disaster-relief will produce more and more influence on the future. |
