跳远过程中几个技术动作的力学分析

对跳远的运动过程、落地时的身体的理想倾角等进行了力学分析。分析过程考虑了重心落差、起跳时身体倾角、滞空时间内身体的旋转、落地时重心高度等对跳远距离的影响,得到并分析了两个跳远公式。

The author makes an mechanical analysis on the course of long jump and the ideal angle of body at the time of touching down the ground. Taking into account the factors affecting jump distance such as the dropping difference of center of gravity, the dip angle at the jump time, the revolution of the body at the course of staying in the air, the height of the center of gravity at the time of touching down the ground , the author deduces two formula of long jump.
