| 摘 要： | 为了建立运动训练负荷动态体系的优化方案,以负荷动态变化中的因素为研究基础,通过运用灰色系统理论模型GM(1,h)和GM(1,1)方法对关英楠训练负荷动态因素进行举证分析.结果表明:对于运动负荷动态变化体系中诸变量因素的确定,可为建立科学优化的动态负荷训练模型提供认识上的途径和解决方法.

| Abstract: | To establish a better design of the load dynamic system in sports coaching, this paper makes professional studies on the load dynamic factors and analyses Guan Yingnan coaching dynamic system by utilizing the Gray systemic model -GM(1,h)and GM(1,1) on the basis of the load dynamic change theory. And the conclusion drawn is the ascertainment for the correlate variables elements in the dynamic changing system of sports load can supply scientific cognitive and solvable methods for the establishment of dynamic load model for sports coaching. |
