| 摘 要： | 农村经济的多层结构要求有多层次金融服务体系与之相适应.由于存在金融市场抑制,农村金融供给与三农金融服务需求还存在很大距离.借鉴国际经验,构建塔式组织架构,健全合作金融服务体系,破解金融市场抑制,才能实现农村合作金融的持续发展.
