| 摘 要： | 刑事诉讼法是法律事务专业学生的专业核心课程，其教学成败对学生今后法律职业道路影响深远。本文结合笔者多年的教学经验进行反思，从刑事诉讼实训课程设立的目的、意义、原则出发，提出庭审现场观摩、庭审录像演示及点评以及模拟实训等一套刑事诉讼法实训课程的教学模式。
